Polypropylene Corrugated Sheet Honeycomb Plastic Material Panel Honeycomb Polion Sheets is made of Polypropylene consist of three polypropylene layers. The middle layer is special honeycomb structure by thermo-forming. The outer and inner layer which holds the bubble layer that provides a very light and stable tri-laminate structure. With co-extrusion and laminating technologies, we can add different kinds of materials to PP honeycomb boards, creating innovative new products for different applications. Also called Conpearl Board, PP Sandwich Panel, Twin Sheet Board, PP Bubble Guard Board etc. Mainly used for Pallet Pack Box, Conpearl Pallet Sleeve, Sleeves for collapsible containers, Trunk floors, Spare tire covers, Car Decoration, Van Liner and Van flooring etc.
Such structure makes it super strong, much durable yet lightweight, besides, it also has features of chemical-resistant, waterproof, easy to convert, and 100% recyclable. That is, PP honeycomb panels have advantages that paper honeycomb panels don't have. For instance, the paper honeycomb panels are not waterproof, nor chemical resistant, and with shorter lifespans.
